Delivery Policy

We send our products via Royal Mail standard first class delivery for all UK orders. Should you wish for your order to be sent by Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, please email us for further details.
We send our products via standard first class Royal Mail airmail for all international orders. Should you wish for your order to be sent by DHL, please email us for further details.

Sale of Goods

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions. Please scroll through this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the Sites’ terms and conditions.
Fulfillment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order and the Company is under no obligation to fulfill your order.
No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted.
Prices are in £sterling.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards e.g. Master Cards, Visa Cards, Switch, Delta, JCB, etc. The payment is taken by Swipe or Paypal using a well secured and encrypted method/ system. We only receive the confirmation of payment and the product(s) and despatch details from Paypal. Payment may also be made by other methods detailed at “Payment Methods”

The following details are cancellation, returns and refund policy and requirements:

  1. Other than faulty goods, all goods may be returned for a refund within seven days from the date of delivery if in good unused condition. Please read the terms and conditions as well as product description carefully as refunds will not be provided if the correct information was supplied on sale and the customer has not fully read this before purchase.
  2. A full refund (including delivery charges) shall be made if the order is cancelled prior to the item/s being shipped.
  3. You MUST quote the invoice number on all correspondence that should be emailed to info@zebel.co.uk to which we aim to respond to all correspondence within 24 hours.
  4. A non-refundable delivery charge applies unless goods are faulty when this may be refunded.
